Pitts Farm, ringstone edge

It was at Bank Hall Farm, Barkisland, where Ernest Barton Holroyd 1873-1947,son of Henry 1836-1921 and Mary Ann Lumb was born. He left the family home to farm at Pitts Farm. He married Annie Priestley pictured below left with Olga Stanger and Pat Cooper,approx June 1945 and on the right centre back, front row is Violetta, Olga,Sandra,Francis,Arthur Brown and Raymond Mitchell.
